Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the jewelry in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a shipping box to ensure the gold and gemstones remain protected during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our studio, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
